Provisional Member definition

Provisional Member means a person who has applied for admission as a full member of the co-operative, has paid the subscription appropriate for the membership applied for, and is awaiting a decision on the application;
Provisional Member means a Member of the Company elected to provisional membership pursuant to Article 5, and having the rights, privileges and obligations provided for provisional Members by these Articles.
Provisional Member means a person not eligible to be a regular member but who is employed by a local administrative unit designated in Subsection B of this section; provided, however, that employees of a general hospital or outpatient clinics thereof operated by a state educational institution named in Article 12, Section 11 of the constitution of New Mexico are not provisional members;

Examples of Provisional Member in a sentence

  • A Provisional Member that becomes eligible to designate an individual voting member of a Sector other than the End User Sector or is eligible to be represented by a group voting member (other than a Provisional Member Group Member) is obligated to promptly designate in a notice to the Secretary of the Participants Committee either (i) the voting member appointed by it for each Principal Committee and alternate of each such member; or (ii) the group voting member by which it shall be represented.

  • However, once granted permission, a Provisional Member shall have all competition rights but no vote.

  • The period of Provisional Memberships is intended to allow SIBA to evaluate the practices of the Provisional Member.

More Definitions of Provisional Member

Provisional Member means a person whom the Trustee has accepted as a Provisional Member, and who has not become a Member.
