Provisional Redemption definition

Provisional Redemption means the redemption of any Note by the Company pursuant to Section 4.03(B).

  • In the event that such right is exercised in respect of the whole of such holding of CP Shares on or before such deadline, the Provisional Redemption Notice shall cease to have effect and no redemption of such CP Shares shall take place.
