Pseudonymised data definition

Pseudonymised data means Personal data which can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the Personal Data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Pseudonymised data means individual-level data relating to a natural person (as opposed to aggregated data) who is made no longer identified or identifiable from that data by virtue of the replacement of personal identifiers with a code, or equivalent, and which is safeguarded as non-identifiable in accordance with this Agreement; Regulatory Authority means any regulatory authority responsible for the review and approval of the Non-Interventional Study, including, for the purposes of this definition, the NHS/HSC research ethics committee.
Pseudonymised data means Personal Data that have been made subject to Pseudonymisation. For the avoidance of doubt, Pseudonymised Data are not Anonymous.
