PSTS Licence means the licence for the provision of publicswitched telecommunication services issued toTelkom by the Minister pursuant to Section 36 ofthe Telecommunications Act;1. 1.26"RestatedShareholders'Agreement"means the new shareholders' agreement which isbeing entered into among the Minister and theSEP at or about the same time as this Agreement,and which will replace the Original Shareholders'Agreement;8Page1. 1.27"SBCI"means SBC International Inc., a companyincorporated under the laws of the State ofDelaware of the United States of America, and aparent company of SBCISA and SBCI-MSI on thedate hereof;1. 1.28"SBCISA"means SBC International South Africa LLC, alimited liability company organised under the lawsof the State of Delaware of the United States ofAmerica;1.

  • Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to the student;
