PubCo Charter definition
PubCo Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of PubCo, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
PubCo Charter means the memorandum and articles of association of Pubco, as amended and in effect under the Cayman Companies Act.
PubCo Charter has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

PubCo Charter means the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation to be filed and effective in connection with the consummation of the Public Offering, as may be amended from time to time.
