Public Art Collection definition

Public Art Collection means: All works of art purchased us- ing the funds designated for that purpose by Section 08.02.3, Re- gents’ Rules, and select public works of art that have been donated specifically to the Public Art Collection or which predate the Public Art program’s care at the time of its inception. Excluded from the Public Art Collection are works of art owned or held by the Muse- um of Texas Tech University, the National Ranching Heritage Cen- ter, and any other institutional galleries or museum entities owned or maintained by the TTU system or funded by means other than the funds designated for that purpose by Section 08.02.3, Regents’ Rules.
Public Art Collection means all works of art which stand alone or are integrated into the built environment and are owned by the City.
Public Art Collection means the collection of artwork which has been acquired by the NMA for display in public building throughout the state.

More Definitions of Public Art Collection

Public Art Collection means the various artworks owned by the City under the jurisdiction of the Civic Arts Commission that are accessioned by action of the Commission into the Public Art Collection.
Public Art Collection means art objects that are owned by the City of Anaheim that and are permanently installed in public, accessible locations. Permanent Public Art must be located in a public place with public visibility and impact, and shall have a permanence at least comparable to associated capital projects.
Public Art Collection means all Public Art that is City-funded, purchased, donated or otherwise legally acquired by the City. It is maintained, supported, inventoried and insured by the City.
