Public Report definition
Public Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3(e) below.
Public Report means a preliminary public report, conditional public report, final public report, or other such disclosure document authorized for use in connection with the offering of time-share interests pursuant to this chapter.
Public Report shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1.

The Company presented in its most recently filed Public Report the conclusions of the certifying officers about the effectiveness of the disclosure controls and procedures based on their evaluations as of the Evaluation Date.

Public Report means the Developer's Public Report for the Project for which the Commission has issued an effective date, as may be amended from time to time. The Public Report shall be deemed to include those items specified in Section 514B-86(a)(1)(A) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, provided that if the Condominium Map is not provided, it shall be sufficient that Purchaser is provided with notice of an opportunity to examine the map.

Public Report means and refer the official document and permit issued pursuant to the Subdivided Lands Act (Business & Professions Code §§ 11000 et seq.) by the California Department of Real Estate authorizing the offering of the Condominiums for sale to the public.
Public Report means any and all of the Purchaser's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
