Public school district definition

Public school district means a district as defined in 20-6-101 or a K-12 school district as defined in 20-6-701.
Public school district means a school district eligi- ble to receive state basic education moneys pursuant to RCW 28A.150.250 and 28A.150.260.
Public school district means a city, local, exempted village, or joint vocational school district; a STEM school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code; or an educational service center. "Public school district" does not mean a community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code.
