Public Sewer definition

Public Sewer means a sewer in which all owners of abutting properties have equal rights, and is controlled by public authority.
Public Sewer means, subject to Section 106(1A) of the 1991 Act(h), a sewer for the time being vested in a sewerage undertaker in its capacity as such, whether vested in that undertaker-
Public Sewer means a common sewer controlled by a governmental agency or public utility.
