Upon the receipt of written approval of the Reviewing Party, the Publishing Party may proceed with the written publication or the oral presentation.
To the extent possible in the reasonable exercise of its discretion, the Publishing Party shall incorporate all modifications proposed under clause (b) above.
The Reviewing Party shall have the right (a) to propose modifications to the publication for patent reasons, (b) to request a delay in publication or presentation in order to protect patentable information, or (c) to request that the information be maintained as a trade secret and, in such case, the Publishing Party shall not make such publication.
Upon the expiration of forty-five (45) days, in the case of proposed written disclosures, or fifteen (15) days, in the case of an abstract of proposed oral disclosures, from transmission of such proposed disclosures to the Reviewing Party, the Publishing Party shall be free to proceed with the written publication or the oral presentation, respectively, unless the Reviewing Party has requested the delay described above.
In any such notification, the Non-Publishing Party shall indicate with specificity its suggestions regarding the manner and degree to which the Publishing Party may disclose such information.
