Examples of Purchase Fee in a sentence
For any month, the “Monthly Crude Payment” shall equal, with respect to the Net Crude Sales Volume for such month, the sum of (A) the product of (1) the Monthly Crude Price for that month and (2) the Net Crude Sales Volume for such month (the amount determined in this clause (A) may be a positive or negative number), (B) the Crude Purchase Fee for that month and (C) the Ancillary Costs for that month.
In the event of termination pursuant to this Section 7.2.1, no refund or partial refund of the Purchase Fee or Service Fee will be given.
In addition to the Purchase Fee, Licensee shall pay all charges for Licensor-supplied media, shipment costs and related expenses.
Licensor reserves the right to modify its Price List for the Software that is used to calculate the Purchase Fee, at any time, and without notice to the Licensee.
Purchase Fee is required in addition to the payment of an annual Service Fee.
