Purchase Funds definition

Purchase Funds means an amount in cash equal to the aggregate Purchase Price of all Units or Limited Partnership Interests subject to purchase on the Purchase Date in accordance with Article 16.

More Definitions of Purchase Funds

Purchase Funds means the Transferred Funds or Cash Contributions, as applicable.
