Purchase Money Obligations definition

Purchase Money Obligations means any Indebtedness Incurred to finance or refinance the acquisition, leasing, construction or improvement of property (real or personal) or assets (including Capital Stock), and whether acquired through the direct acquisition of such property or assets or the acquisition of the Capital Stock of any Person owning such property or assets, or otherwise.
Purchase Money Obligations means any Indebtedness Incurred to finance or refinance the acquisition, leasing, expansion, construction, installation, replacement, repair or improvement of property (real or personal), equipment or assets (including Capital Stock), and whether acquired through the direct acquisition of such property or assets or the acquisition of the Capital Stock of any Person owning such property or assets, or otherwise.
Purchase Money Obligations of any Person means any obligations of such Person or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to any seller or any other Person incurred or assumed in connection with the purchase of real or personal property or in the Capital Stock of a Person owning such real or personal property to be used in the business of such Person or any of its subsidiaries within 180 days of such incurrence or assumption.

Examples of Purchase Money Obligations in a sentence

  • Pending any such application, the interest on such Purchase Money Obligations shall be invested in Investment Securities specified in a Company Order.

  • Pending such application, the principal of such Purchase Money Obligations shall be invested in Eligible Obligations specified in a Company Order.

Purchase Money Obligations means Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries incurred for the purpose of financing all or any part of the purchase price, or the cost of installation, construction or improvement, of Permitted Assets.

Purchase Money Obligations means any Lien created, issued or assumed by Celestica or any Subsidiary to secure indebtedness assumed as part of, or issued or incurred to pay or provide funds to pay, all or a part of the purchase price of any property (other than the shares, stock or other securities of any Subsidiary or of any corporation which becomes a Subsidiary upon such purchase, except for an Unrestricted Subsidiary);
