Purchase Option Notice definition

Purchase Option Notice. As defined in Section 3.18(e).

Purchase Option Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9(a) hereof.

Examples of Purchase Option Notice in a sentence

• The Purchase Option Notice shall be delivered in the manner specified in Section 11.05.

• In the event that more than one Option Holder exercises its Purchase Option at the same price, the Purchase Option Notice first received by the Master Servicer shall be effective.

• The Master Servicer shall immediately notify the Trustee and the Special Servicer upon the holder of the effective Purchase Option's failure to remit the purchase price specified in its Purchase Option Notice pursuant to this Section 3.18(f).

Purchase Option Notice means a written notice (in such form as the Owners and the Charterers may agree) which the Charterers may deliver to the Owners for the purpose of the Charterers exercising the Purchase Option.
