Purchased Units definition

Purchased Units means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, the number of Common Units equal to the aggregate Purchase Price set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name under the column titled “Purchase Price” set forth on Schedule A hereto divided by the Common Unit Price.
Purchased Units has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.
Purchased Units shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Purchased Units in a sentence

  • All Purchased Units held or acquired by Persons who are Affiliates of one another shall be aggregated together for the purpose of determining the availability of any rights under this Agreement.
