Purchaser Common Shares definition

Purchaser Common Shares means the shares of common stock in the capital of the Purchaser;

Purchaser Common Shares means the common shares, without par value, of Purchaser.

Purchaser Common Shares means 2,102,654 common shares in the capital of the Purchaser.

• The Sellers will enter into Lock-Up Agreements pursuant to which the Sellers will not be entitled to sell, hypothecate or otherwise transfer, in any way, shape or form, the Purchaser Common Shares issued to them pursuant to the terms of this Agreement for a period of six months following the Closing Date of this Agreement.

Purchaser Common Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
