Purchaser Common Shares definition
Purchaser Common Shares means the shares of common stock in the capital of the Purchaser;
Purchaser Common Shares means the common shares, without par value, of Purchaser.
Purchaser Common Shares means the common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of Purchaser which is issued to Sellers or its nominees as part of the Purchase Price.
