Purchaser Common Shares definition

Purchaser Common Shares means the shares of common stock in the capital of the Purchaser;
Purchaser Common Shares means the common shares, without par value, of Purchaser.
Purchaser Common Shares means shares of the common stock of the Purchaser, par value US$0.0001 per share which includes Purchaser Class A Common Shares.
