Purchaser Ordinary Shares definition

Purchaser Ordinary Shares means ordinary shares of the Purchaser, par value US$0.0000005 per share.

Purchaser Ordinary Shares means the Purchaser Class A Ordinary Shares and the Purchaser Class B Ordinary Shares, collectively, prior to the Conversion.

• There is no Proceeding pending or, to Purchaser’s Knowledge, threatened against Purchaser by the SEC with respect to the deregistration of the Purchaser Ordinary Shares, Purchaser Units or Purchaser Rights under the Exchange Act.

More Definitions of Purchaser Ordinary Shares

Purchaser Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares of Purchaser.

Purchaser Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, with no par value, of the Purchaser.

Purchaser Ordinary Shares means the Purchaser authorized ordinary shares of par value US$0.0001 each pursuant to Article 8 of the Purchaser’s Amended and Restated Memorandum of Association.

Purchaser Ordinary Shares means, collectively, (i) the Class B ordinary shares of Purchaser, with respect to Chipring Technology Limited and (ii) the Class A ordinary shares of Purchaser, with respect to all other shareholders. Each such Class B ordinary shares shall have five (5) votes, and each such Class A ordinary shares shall have one (1) vote, with certain rights and privileges set forth in the amended and restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of Redomestication Merger Surviving Corporation substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
