More Definitions of Purchaser SEC Documents

Purchaser SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.07(a).

Purchaser SEC Documents means each statement, report, registration statement, definitive proxy statement, and other filings filed with the SEC by the Purchaser.

Purchaser SEC Documents has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.3(a) of this Agreement.

Purchaser SEC Documents means any forms, reports, schedules, statements, prospectuses and other documents and exhibits required to be publicly filed with, or furnished to, the SEC by Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2002 (as such forms, reports, schedules, statements, prospectuses and other documents have been amended and supplemented since the time of their respective filing or furnishing).

Purchaser SEC Documents means (i) Purchaser’s Annual Reports on Form 10-K for each fiscal year of Purchaser beginning with the first year that Purchaser was required to file such a form, (ii) all proxy statements relating to Purchaser’s meetings of stockholders (whether annual or special) held, and all information statements relating to stockholder consents, since the beginning of the first fiscal year referred to in clause (i) above, (iii) its Form 8-Ks filed since the beginning of the first fiscal year referred to in clause (i) above, and (iv) all other forms, reports, registration statements and other documents (other than preliminary materials) filed by Purchaser with the SEC since Purchaser’s incorporation.
