Purchaser Warrants definition

Purchaser Warrants means Purchaser Private Warrants and Purchaser Public Warrants, collectively.
Purchaser Warrants means the warrants to purchase one-half of one Purchaser Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50 per whole share, subject to adjustments as described in the IPO Prospectus.
