Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes, may purchase products and services under this Contract. Any entity making a purchase off of this Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor shall adhere to the terms included in any contract or purchase orders issued pursuant to this Contract.
Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, Customers, as defined in Section 1.1 of Exhibit A: Special Contract Conditions, may purchase products and services under this Contract using this State of Florida ACS number 56120000-19-ACS. Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement except as otherwise specified in this Contract and its Exhibits. Customers may order from Contractor’s authorized resellers, as approved by the State of Florida. The Parties agree State of Florida Customers are, pursuant to Solicitation Section 5.21 of Exhibit C: Master Agreement, permitted to participate in and purchase commodities from the Master Agreement.
Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, as defined in Section 1.1 of the Special Contract Conditions (Exhibit A), customers may purchase products and services under this Contract using this State of Florida ACS number 25172500-19-ACS. Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement except as otherwise specified in this Contract and its Exhibits.
Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, agencies (as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes) may purchase products and services under this Contract using this State of Florida ACS No. 31160000-20-NASPO-ACS. Any product or service not offered on the Master Agreement is not approved for purchase under this Contract. Agencies acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement except as otherwise specified in this Contract.
Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, agencies (as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes) may purchase products and services under this Contract using this State of Florida ACS Xx. 00000000-00-XXX (XXX). Xxxxx agencies acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement except as otherwise specified in this Contract. The rights, duties, and requirements of “the Department” or “DOR” as used in the Master Agreement will be applied/granted to the Customer who orders off the ACS. Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes, may purchase products and services under this Contract, provided they are MMCAP Infuse members. Any entity making a purchase off of this Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract and MMCAP Infuse’s membership agreement. • The follow is added as Paragraph 19:

Any entity making a purchase off of this Term Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Term Contract. Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes, may purchase products and services under this Contract from authorized resellers of Acer America Corporation. Any entity making a purchase off of this Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor shall adhere to the terms included in any contract or purchase orders issued pursuant to this Contract.
Purchases off this Contract. Upon execution of this Contract, agencies, as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes, may purchase products and services under this Contract. Any entity making a purchase off of this Contract acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor shall adhere to the terms included in any contract or purchase orders issued pursuant to this Contract. Agencies shall attempt to obtain a quote from the Motor Vehicles State Term Contract No. 25100000-21-STC prior to purchasing from this ACS. If a vehicle is unavailable to be purchased from the State’s Motor Vehicles State Term Contract No. 25100000-21-STC, agencies may make purchases from this Contract. All purchase orders shall be issued to Xxxx Xxx Automotive Management, Inc. who is considered an approver dealer under the Master Contract. All Customer inquiries regarding purchases under this ACS shall also be directed to Xxxx Xxx Automotive Management, Inc..
