Purchasing Party definition

Purchasing Party means a Party requesting or receiving a Service from the other Party under this Agreement.
Purchasing Party means CIG Media LLC, NBC Universal, Inc. and their respective Affiliates.
Purchasing Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(e).

Examples of Purchasing Party in a sentence

  • Such forecasts shall be considered to be Confidential Information under the terms of this Agreement, and distribution of the forecasts or information based on such forecasts shall be limited to those persons associated with the Providing Party who need to know such information in order to adequately provision the types and volumes of Services that the Purchasing Party expects to purchase at the locations where such Services will be purchased.

  • The Providing Party may utilize the forecasts for planning purposes, but shall not be required to actually install facilities or otherwise provision in accordance with the forecasts unless and until the Purchasing Party actually orders Service from the Providing Party.

  • Failure to provide the tax exemption certificate will result in no exemption being available to the Purchasing Party until it is provided.


More Definitions of Purchasing Party
