Purported Transferee definition

Purported Transferee means the purported transferee of a Prohibited Transfer.
Purported Transferee means, with respect to any purported Transfer which results in a violation of subparagraph B(4)(b) of this Article IV, the purported beneficial transferee or owner for whom the Purported Record Transferee would have acquired or owned shares of Common Stock, if such Transfer had been valid under such subparagraph.
Purported Transferee means, with respect to any purported Transfer which results in Excess Stock, the purported beneficial transferee for whom the shares of Regular Capital Stock would have been acquired if such Transfer had been valid under Item (ii) of this Subsection (d) of this Section 2 of this Article III.
