Examples of Put Closing Date in a sentence

The closing (each a "Put Closing") for each Put shall occur on the date that both (i) the Company has delivered to the Investor all Required Put Documents, and (ii) the Investor has delivered to the Company such Put Dollar Amount and any Late Payment Amount, if applicable (each a "Put Closing Date").
