Put Closing Date definition

Put Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.8.
Put Closing Date means, with respect to a Put Closing the fourth Trading Day following the Put Date related to such Put Closing, provided all conditions to such Put Closing have been satisfied on or before such Trading Day.
Put Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.

Examples of Put Closing Date in a sentence

  • The closing (each a "Put Closing") for each Put shall occur on the date that both (i) the Company has delivered to the Investor all Required Put Documents, and (ii) the Investor has delivered to the Company such Put Dollar Amount and any Late Payment Amount, if applicable (each a "Put Closing Date").

  • The closing date for the Put shall be the date on which Subscriber funds representing the net amount due the Company from the Put Purchase Price is transmitted to or on behalf of the Company ("Put Closing Date").
