Put Purchase Price definition

Put Purchase Price means the purchase price for the 20% of TFM stock held by the Federal Government of the United Mexican States, as defined in the Put Agreement and calculated under the Twenty-Sixth Clause of the Stock Purchase Agreement.
Put Purchase Price. With respect to any Certificate for which the related Certificateholder has exercised the Put Option or, the Standby Purchaser has exercised the Optional Call, the sum of (A) the outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of such Certificate on the Put Date (after giving effect to distributions otherwise made on such date) multiplied by the Applicable Purchase Price Percentage plus (B) accrued and unpaid interest on the outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of such Certificate immediately prior to the Put Date at the applicable Pass-Through Rate.
Put Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
