QPP Certificate definition

QPP Certificate means a credit certificate for the purposes of the Qualifying Private Placement Regulations 2015 (2015 No. 2002), given in the form set out in Schedule 2.17(g).
QPP Certificate means a certificate given in the form set out in Exhibit 4.
QPP Certificate means a creditor certificate for the purposes of the QPP Regulations, given in the form set out in Exhibit P which, in the case of a New Lender, shall be delivered together with the relevant Incremental Assumption Agreement or Assignment and Acceptance.

More Definitions of QPP Certificate

QPP Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit QPP delivered to the Company by a purchaser or other holder of a Note pursuant to Section 23(l).

QPP Certificate has the meaning given to it in Clause 12.1 (Definitions).
QPP Certificate means a creditor certificate for the purposes of the QPP Regulations, given, whether in the case of any holder which becomes a Party on the day on which the Note Purchase Agreement is entered or in the case of a transferee holder, in relation to each person which is beneficially entitled to the interest payable on the Notes and in the form set out in the Note Purchase Agreement.
QPP Certificate means a creditor certificate for the purposes of the QPP Regulations, given in the form scheduled to the Note Purchase Agreement.
