Qualification Criteria definition

Qualification Criteria means the criteria that the Authority requires tenderers to meet as part of the Tender Process, which (except where these require to be amended or added to ensure compliance with the Procurement Rules) shall be:

Qualification Criteria means the criteria provided in Clause 1.9 of the Request for Proposal, which an Applicant is required to satisfy, to be an eligible bidder.
