Qualified Independent Consultant definition

Qualified Independent Consultant means an independent professional consultant having the skill and experience necessary to provide the particular certificate, report or approval required by the provision of this Agreement in which such requirement appears, including without limitation an Outside Engineer, and an independent certified public accountant or firm of independent certified public accountants; provided, however, all Qualified Independent Consultants are subject to the reasonable approval of VRA.

Qualified Independent Consultant means an independent accountant or firm of independent accountants or such other independent consultant or advisory firm of independent consultants which, in any case, shall be of recognized standing and shall have the necessary experience to provide the certificate or other information required by Sections 2.03(g), 2.03(l),2.04, 4.01, 4.02, and 7.03 hereof, selected by the I-Bank and satisfactory to the Trustee.

Qualified Independent Consultant means one or more qualified and recognized independent consultants, having favorable repute, skill, and experience with respect to the acts and duties of the Qualified Independent Consultant to be provided to the City, as shall from time to time be retained by the City to perform the acts and carry out the duties herein provided for such consultants.
