Qualified Option definition

Qualified Option means any Option that is intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Qualified Option means a stock option granted under this Plan which qualifies as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.
Qualified Option means a stock option granted pursuant to Section 6 that is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.
