Qualified personnel definition

Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.
Qualified personnel means those personnel who have been appropriately screened, tested and trained in the manner described within this contract and as proposed by Contractor in its quote or as provided by Contractor during Contractor’s normal conduct of business.
