Qualified Stock definition

Qualified Stock means all Capital Stock of a Person other than Disqualified Stock.
Qualified Stock of any Person shall mean Capital Stock of such Person other than Disqualified Stock of such Person.
Qualified Stock means any Stock that is not Disqualified Stock.
