Qualified Stock Exchange definition

Qualified Stock Exchange means the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ Stock Market, A-Share Market or such other stock exchange approved by the Board.
Qualified Stock Exchange means any one of Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange, or the OTC Markets.
Qualified Stock Exchange means either (1) the New York Stock Exchange, the London Stock Exchange, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the NASDAQ Stock Market, the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, or the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange or (2) a national securities exchange (as such term is defined in Section 6 of the Exchange Act) or a designated offshore securities market (as such term is defined in Rule 902(b) under the Securities Act).

Qualified Stock Exchange means any one of the Nasdaq Capital Market, New York Stock Exchange, NYSE: MKT Exchange, the OTC QX or QB Markets or any other United States or internationally recognized securities exchange, including the Toronto Stock Exchange or Venture Exchange of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Qualified Stock Exchange means any one of the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (including the Nasdaq Capital Market), the New York Stock Exchange, or the OTC Markets QX Exchange; provided, however, that in the event the Issuer’s common stock is not permitted to be listed on any one of the foregoing stock exchanges solely by reason of the nature of the Business in which the Company engages, then and in such event, a Qualified Stock Exchange shall also mean and include the OTC Markets QX Exchange or the Toronto Stock Exchange.
