Qualifying Authorities definition

Qualifying Authorities means, collectively, the securities commissions or similar securities regulatory authorities in the Qualifying Jurisdictions;
Qualifying Authorities means each of the securities regulatory authorities in each of the Qualifying Provinces;
Qualifying Authorities means the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada;

  • The Prospectus Supplement shall have been filed with the Qualifying Authorities under the Shelf Procedures and in accordance with this Agreement, all requests for additional information on the part of the Qualifying Authorities shall have been complied with to the reasonable satisfaction of the Agents and the Agents' Counsel and the Exemption shall remain in full force and effect without amendment.

  • All filings required by the Qualifying Authorities to have been filed prior to the issuance of any Placement Notice hereunder shall have been made within the applicable time period prescribed for such filing by Securities Laws.
