Qualifying Termination Date definition

Qualifying Termination Date means the date on which a Participant incurs a Qualifying Termination.
Qualifying Termination Date means the date on which an Eligible Employee incurs a Qualifying Termination.
Qualifying Termination Date means the date on which an Eligible Executive incurs a Non-CIC Termination or CIC Termination.

More Definitions of Qualifying Termination Date

Qualifying Termination Date means the date that a Qualifying Termination event first occurred. In the case of a Qualifying Termination that arises from your resignation for Good Reason, the Qualifying Termination Date shall be the effective date of the resignation for Good Reason, taking into account any applicable cure periods set forth in Section 4(f) below.
