Qualifying Termination Date definition

Qualifying Termination Date means the date on which a Participant incurs a Qualifying Termination.

Qualifying Termination Date means the date that a Qualifying Termination event first occurred. In the case of a Qualifying Termination that arises from your resignation for Good Reason, the Qualifying Termination Date shall be the effective date of the resignation for Good Reason, taking into account any applicable cure periods set forth in Section 4(f) below.

Qualifying Termination Date means the date occurring twenty-four (24) months following a Change in Control.

• For the avoidance of doubt, each then-outstanding equity award that does not vest in accordance with the first sentence of this Section 4.01(a) shall be forfeited as of the Qualifying Termination Date.
