Quantity Converted: The total amount of Active Materials contained in the Product produced with the [ * ] (including any [ * ] in accordance with [ * ]), delivered by Patheon, and not rejected, recalled or returned in accordance with Section 6.1 or 6.2 as a result of a failure by Patheon to provide Manufacturing Services in accordance with Specifications, cGMPs and all applicable Laws.
For each Day D, the “Conversion” requirement is as follows: The Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas under the Base Service cannot be greater than the Daily Quality Conversion Capacity from H-gas to L-gas under the Base Service specified in Appendix 2 to the Contract.
The calculation of the Daily Quantity Converted from H-gas to L-gas under the Base Service is detailed in the Clause entitled “Calculation method for Daily Quantities converted from H-gas to L-gas Base Service” in Section D2.
