Quarterly Distribution definition

Quarterly Distribution means with respect to each Distribution Date, the distribution to be made to the Holders of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares that are Outstanding on the Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.2(a).

Quarterly Distribution has the meaning specified in the Declaration.

Quarterly Distribution means with respect to each Distribution Date, the distribution to be made to the Holders of the Up MacroShares that are Outstanding on the Distribution Date pursuant to priority sixth of Section 5.2(a), which shall consist of the cash on deposit in the Up Trust after it makes or receives a payment under the Income Distribution Agreement and makes all other payments or investments in Eligible Treasuries that it is required to make pursuant to such Section 5.2(a).

Examples of Quarterly Distribution in a sentence

• To the extent necessary to enable the Paying Agent to make the next succeeding Quarterly Distribution, any moneys deposited with or received by the Trustees in the Trust Account shall be invested as soon as possible by the Paying Agent in Temporary Investments maturing no later than the Business Day preceding the next following Distribution Date.

• Any distribution that is not made on the Initial Distribution Date or on any other date specified herein because the Claim that would have been entitled to receive that distribution is not an Allowed Claim or Interest on such date, shall be distributed on the first Quarterly Distribution Date after such Claim or Interest is Allowed.

• The Paying Agent shall hold any Temporary Investment to its maturity and shall apply the proceeds thereof upon maturity to the payment of the next succeeding Quarterly Distribution.

• Available Cash that is deemed to be Capital Surplus pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3(a) shall be distributed, unless the provisions of Section 6.3 require otherwise, 100% to the General Partner and the Unitholders, Pro Rata, until the Minimum Quarterly Distribution has been reduced to zero pursuant to the second sentence of Section 6.6(a).

• No interest shall accrue or be paid on the unpaid amount of any distribution paid on a Quarterly Distribution Date in accordance with Article VI.A of the Plan.

More Definitions of Quarterly Distribution

Quarterly Distribution means, for each Distribution Date, the distribution to be made to the holders of the Down MacroShares that is described in “DESCRIPTION OF THE DOWN MACROSHARES — Quarterly Distributions.”
