Quarterly Dividend Period definition

Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 and ending on the day before the following Dividend Payment Date.
Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on and including a Dividend Payment Date and ending on and including the day immediately preceding the next subsequent Dividend Payment Date.
Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 and ending on the day before the following Dividend Payment Date.

  • If the Corporation determines in good faith that for any reason the Applicable Rate cannot be determined for any Quarterly Dividend Period, then the Applicable Rate in effect for the preceding Quarterly Dividend Period shall be continued for such Quarterly Dividend Period.
