Quarterly Statutory Statements definition

Quarterly Statutory Statements means (a) in the case of the Company, the Quarterly Statement of the Condition and Affairs of the Company, as filed with the Nebraska Insurance Department, for the quarterly periods ended March 31, June 30 and September 30, 1999 and (b) in the case of FRC, the Quarterly Statement of the Condition and Affairs of FRC, as filed with the New York Insurance Department, for the quarterly periods ended March 31, June 30 and September 30, 1999.
