Quoted Price definition

Quoted Price means, with respect to each Loan Asset as of any date, the net value (expressed as a percentage of the Outstanding Principal Balance) of such Loan Asset quoted by a Nationally Recognized Valuation Firm selected by the Agent and valuing such Loan Asset.
Quoted Price of the Common Stock means the last reported sale price of the Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market, or, if the Common Stock is listed on a national securities exchange, then on such exchange, or if the Common Stock is not quoted on Nasdaq National Market or listed on an exchange, the average of the last bid and asked price on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System.
Quoted Price means, on any Trading Day, with respect to the Common Stock, the VWAP of the Common Stock on such Trading Day on the principal U.S. national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading or, if the Common Stock is not listed or admitted to trading on any U.S. national securities exchange, the average of the closing bid and asked prices in the over-the-counter market in the United States as furnished by any New York Stock Exchange member firm that shall be selected from time to time by the Company for that purpose.

Quoted Price of the Common Stock shall mean: the last sale price regular way or, in the case no such sale takes place on such day, the average of the closing bid and asked prices regular way, in wither case on the NASDAQ National Market System as reported by NASDAQ, or, if the Common Stock is not authorized for quotation on the NASDAQ National Market System, on the New York Stock Exchange Composite Tape (the "Composite Tape"), or, if the Common Stock is not listed or admitted to trading on such exchange, on the national securities exchange in or nearest the City of New York on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading, or if the Common Stock is not listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange, the last sale price regular way or, in case no such sale takes place on such day, the average of the highest reported bid and lowest reported asked prices as furnished by the National Association of Securities Dealers Inc. through NASDAQ or a similar organization if NASDAQ is no longer reporting such information, or if on any such trading day the Common Stock is not quoted by any such organization, the fair value of a share of Common Stock on such day, as determined in good faith by the board of directors of the Company.
