Quoted Rate Loan definition

Quoted Rate Loan means a Committed Loan for Term A Loans which bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Quoted Rate.

Quoted Rate Loan means any Swing Line Loan which bears interest at the Quoted Rate.

Quoted Rate Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.3.

• Accrued interest on each Quoted Rate Loan shall be payable on the last day of the Interest Period applicable thereto.

More Definitions of Quoted Rate Loan
