Rabbi Trust definition

Rabbi Trust has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.4(d) hereof.
Rabbi Trust means a “rabbi trust” or other similar arrangement established by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to hold assets in connection with an employee benefit plan or arrangement.
Rabbi Trust means an irrevocable trust whose assets are not accessible to the accounting firm until all benefit obligations have been met, but are sub- ject to the claims of creditors in bank- ruptcy or insolvency.

  • Payment of the Unpaid Amount shall include any investment earnings on the assets of the Rabbi Trust attributable to the Unpaid Amount.

  • Pending payment, the Unpaid Amount shall be deposited in a Rabbi Trust.

  • Nothing in this Section shall preclude the Company from establishing a “Rabbi Trust,” but the assets in the Rabbi Trust must be available to pay the claims of the Company’s general creditors in the event of the Company’s insolvency.

More Definitions of Rabbi Trust

Rabbi Trust means a trust or sub-trust established pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Plan.
