Rate Fixing Date definition

Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.
Rate Fixing Date means the date which is two Business Days prior to each applicable Fixed Interest Date, the Maturity Date or the Early Redemption Date, as applicable. If a Price Source Disruption Event occurs or otherwise subsists on such day, the Rate Fixing Date shall be the earlier of (i) the Business Day on which the Issuer is notified by the Calculation Agent that a Price Source Disruption Event no longer subsists, and (ii) the tenth Business Day following the original Rate Fixing Date;
Rate Fixing Date means a date that is the number of Settlement Business Days (as defined below) prior to any Interest Payment Date and/or the Maturity Date, and/or the date of early redemption due to an event of default or taxation reasons (subject to adjustment in accordance with the Preceding Business Day Convention) indicated in the applicable Final Terms, provided, however, that if such date is an Unscheduled Holiday (as defined below), the Rate Fixing Date shall be the next following Settlement Business Day, and provided further, that if there is an Unscheduled Holiday between such Rate Fixing Date and such date of payment, there shall be no adjustment to such Rate Fixing Date on account thereof.

  • Interest shall accrue on each Disbursed Amount outstanding from time to time at a rate based on a floating rate index prior to its Rate Fixing Date and at a fixed rate from its Rate Fixing Date, as described in paragraph 2 of this Part B.

  • If the Reference Rate is not available for any reason, as published on Reuters page “BRLUSDPTAX= CBBR” or on any successor page or on the web site of the Central Bank of Brazil (https://www.bcb.gov.br/en) on any Rate Fixing Date, the Calculation Agent shall determine that a Price Source Disruption Event (a "Price Source Disruption Event") has occurred, and shall promptly inform the Issuer and Agent (which shall promptly inform the Noteholders) of such occurrence.


More Definitions of Rate Fixing Date

Rate Fixing Date means the date which is two Business Days prior to the applicable Fixed Interest Date, any Early Redemption Date or the Maturity Date; and
Rate Fixing Date means, in respect of the Maturity Date, the Fixed Interest Date and the Early Redemption Date (if any), the date that is five (5) Business Days prior to each such date, as applicable. If a Price Source Disruption Event occurs or otherwise subsists on such day, the Rate Fixing Date shall be the earlier of (i) the Business Day on which the Issuer is notified by the Calculation Agent that a Price Source Disruption Event no longer subsists and (ii) the day which is five (5) Business Days before the applicable Postponed Fixed Interest Date, Postponed Early Redemption Date (if any) or Postponed Maturity Date as applicable;
Rate Fixing Date means the date falling ten (10) Business Days prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date or the Early Redemption Date (as applicable). If a Price Source Disruption Event occurs or otherwise subsists on such day, the Rate Fixing Date shall be the earlier of (i) the Business Day on which the Issuer is notified by the Calculation Agent that a Price Source Disruption Event no longer subsists and (ii) the date falling ten (10) Business Days prior to the Postponed Early Redemption Date (if any) or Postponed Maturity Date, as the case may be;
Rate Fixing Date means the second Euro-Currency Business Day before the first day of such Interest Period.
