Rates Review Mechanism definition

Rates Review Mechanism means the formula used to adjust Rates set out in Schedule 3.
Rates Review Mechanism means the formula used to adjust Rates and Other Rates set out in Schedule 3. RCTI means a Recipient Created Tax Invoice as defined in the GST Law. Related Body Corporate in relation to a Contractor which is a body corporate, means a body corporate that is related to the Contractor by virtue of section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Road Safety Act means the Road Safety Act 1986 (Vic). Satellite Navigation Device means a device or devices fitted to a piece of Equipment which uses information from global positioning satellites to record the geographic location of that item of equipment over time and stores that information on a removable data card or similar storage medium.

Related to Rates Review Mechanism

  • Utilization review means the prospective (prior to), concurrent (during) or retrospective (after) review of any service to determine whether such service was properly authorized, constitutes a medically necessary service for purposes of benefit payment, and is a covered healthcare service under this plan. WE, US, and OUR means Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. WE, US, or OUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not. YOU and YOUR means the subscriber or member enrolled for coverage under this agreement. YOU and YOUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
