Rating Agency Guidelines definition

Rating Agency Guidelines means the guidelines provided by each Rating Agency, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with such Rating Agency’s rating of Senior Securities.
Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines, and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.

  • The Fund shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any applicable Rating Agency Guidelines.

Rating Agency Guidelines means Moody's Guidelines (if Moody's is then rating shares of a Series of VRDP Shares at the request of the Corporation), Fitch Guidelines (if Fitch is then rating shares of a Series of VRDP Shares at the request of the Corporation) and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines (if such Other Rating Agency is then rating shares of a Series of VRDP Shares at the request of the Corporation).
