Raw Land definition

Raw Land means Real Property Assets upon which no material improvements have been commenced.
Raw Land means Raw Land — Entitled and Raw Land — Unentitled.
Raw Land means (i) raw land or (ii) undeveloped land that constitutes a portion of any Retail Property, other than such portions of the Retail Properties as are reasonably considered to be an integral part of or a pad site for such properties.

More Definitions of Raw Land

Raw Land means land located in an Approved Jurisdiction that is neither Approved Land nor Improved Land.
Raw Land means unimproved land owned and held by Borrower for development into Subdivisions but which is not yet Entitled Land.
