Disclosure of Information as required for legal and/or regulatory purposes including the REACH Regulation, shall only take place by the Parties in a form (for example short summaries where possible) reflecting the minimum information required to be disclosed.
To the extent that the supplier manufactures products within the meaning of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (the REACH Regulation), it shall be responsible for ensuring that it complies with its duty to pass on certain information in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation.
