Ready for Service Date definition

Ready for Service Date means the Day designated as such by Company by Notice to Customer stating that Company has Facilities which are ready for and are capable of rendering the Service applied for by Customer.
Ready for Service Date. The date agreed between the Parties by which the Service(s) will be ready for use to be no later than an agreed date.
Ready for Service Date has the meaning set out in clause 10.1;

More Definitions of Ready for Service Date

Ready for Service Date otherwise “RFS date” means the date on which Magnet Business establishes the Facility for the Customer.
Ready for Service Date means in respect of each Facility of Service the date on which the Facility or Service is Ready For Service or, if earlier, the date on which Access Seeker first makes use of such Facility or Service.
