Reaffirmation Agreement definition

Reaffirmation Agreement means the Reaffirmation Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by the Borrower and the Guarantors to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Reaffirmation Agreement means an agreement reaffirming the security interests granted to the Collateral Trustee in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1 to Exhibit A of this Agreement.
