Real Property Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Contract.
Real Property Improvements means improvements other than land itself, including, but not limited to, capital improvements.

More Definitions of Real Property Improvements
Real Property Improvements. – means a habitable structure as defined by the Fort Worth Building Code.
