Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

Real Property Lease means a lease, sublease, license, concession and other agreement (written or oral), including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties and other agreements with respect thereto, pursuant to which a Person holds any Leased Real Property, including the right to all security deposits and other amounts and instruments deposited by or on behalf of such Person thereunder.

Real Property Lease shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.11(a) hereof.

Except as a result of, or arising in connection with, the filing of the Bankruptcy Cases, the Seller Group has not received any written notice of any material default or event that (with due notice or lapse of time or both) would constitute a material default by the Seller Group under any Real Property Lease, other than defaults that have been cured or waived in writing.

Real Property Lease means any lease, rental agreement or rights to use land pertaining to the occupancy of any improved space on any Land.
