Real Property Lease definition

Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).
Real Property Lease shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.11(a) hereof.
Real Property Lease means (i) any long-term lease of land in which most of the rights and benefits comprising ownership of the land and the Improvements thereon or to be constructed thereon, if any, are transferred to the tenant for the term thereof or (ii) any lease or rental agreement pertaining to the occupancy of any improved space on any real property.

  • Prior to the date of this Agreement, the Company has made available to Buyer complete copies of each Real Property Lease, and in the case of any oral Real Property Lease (if applicable), a written summary of the material terms of such Real Property Lease and no Real Property Lease has been modified in any material respect, except to the extent that such modifications are disclosed by the copies made available to Buyer.

  • The Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ possession and quiet enjoyment of the Leased Real Property have not been disturbed, and there are no disputes ongoing with respect to any Real Property Lease.

More Definitions of Real Property Lease

Real Property Lease means any real property lease, sublease, license or occupancy agreement to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary is a party (together with any and all amendments and modifications thereto).
Real Property Lease means each lease pursuant to which Seller leases the Leased Real Property.
Real Property Lease means any lease, license, letting, concession, occupancy agreement, sublease, easement or right of way to which such Person is a party and is granted a possessory interest in or a right to use or occupy all or any portion of the Real Property (including, without limitation, the right to extract minerals from any portion of Real Property) and every amendment or modification thereof including with respect to the Loan Parties, without limitation, the leases with respect to Real Property listed on Schedule 5.08(a) and any Contractual Obligation with respect to any of the foregoing.

Real Property Lease and “Real Property Leases” are defined in Section 4.11(a).
Real Property Lease means all of the leases of real property under which any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is the lessor or the lessee from time to time.
Real Property Lease is defined in Section 5.10(c).
