Real-Time Market definition

Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Real-Time Market means any existing or future intra-day market conducted by the CAISO occurring after the Day-Ahead Market.
Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the Tariff and shall include any market that CAISO may establish prior to or during the Term that clears at an interval between the Day-Ahead Market and the Real-Time Market.

  • If Seller is not able to self-supply Energy to satisfy Station Service Load, Seller shall compensate Buyer for Energy to serve the Station Service Load at the MISO Real-Time Market LMP for the appropriate CPNode, including any transmission or settlement charges associated with such Energy, during any period of time in which the Facilities are not operating or are not generating sufficient Energy to meet the Station Service Load of the Facilities.

  • Seller shall offer the CT in the MISO Day-Ahead Market and MISO Real-Time Market in accordance with the Transmission Provider Tariff.

  • UCb is the sum for the hour of uplift payments to generators made pursuant to Section 14A.19(b) in the Real-Time Market.
