If Seller is not able to self-supply Energy to satisfy Station Service Load, Seller shall compensate Buyer for Energy to serve the Station Service Load at the MISO Real-Time Market LMP for the appropriate CPNode, including any transmission or settlement charges associated with such Energy, during any period of time in which the Facilities are not operating or are not generating sufficient Energy to meet the Station Service Load of the Facilities.
